From March 4, 2019, the program “Public Catering for Ukraine” is being sold in the new version 2.0. Changed the appearance of the program, now it has a modern, more convenient interface “Taxi”.
Large font, advanced workspace, new navigation system, full text search, Favorites section for reports, documents and directory elements are just some of the improvements that have occurred on the system.
The cost of the program and licenses “Public Catering for Ukraine” remained the same:
• 1С: Enterprise 8. Public catering for Ukraine – 11700 UAH. without VAT.
• 1С: Enterprise 8. Public catering for Ukraine, client license for 1 workplace – 2580 UAH. without VAT.
• 1С: Enterprise 8. Public catering for Ukraine, a client license for 5 workplaces – 9300 UAH. without VAT
• 1С: Enterprise 8. Public catering for Ukraine, client license for 10 workplaces –15500 UAH. without VAT.
Enjoy the changes in the general functionality of the program, to set the accounting parameters (Main – Settings – Accounting Parameters) has become easier. Now you can disable unnecessary functions and they will disappear from the program interface. This is not a deletion, all data remains intact, they can be returned when needed.
Functional food service
Version 2.0 has the ability to load sales with R-Keeper v.7. Initial sales are stored in the system in the form of checks, which correspond to the check for sale in the cash register system.
New industry standardized printing forms “GC” are added.
Banking documents
Non-cash cash flow documents are entered and stored in the Bank Extract journal.
In new revision 2.0, the receipt of funds into a bank account will be reflected in the document – “Receipts to a bank account”, and write off in the “Write-off from the bank account” accordingly.
The document “Payment Order” has been added. The document is an instruction that the organization sends to the bank for the transfer of funds. It can be printed or transferred through the “Client-Bank” system directly to the bank. The document does not form accounting entries and is not an analogue of the document “Payment Order of the Weekend”, used in edition 1.2. After receiving from the bank information on the payment of funds, it is necessary to correct the document “Withdrawal from the bank account”. You can use the information that can be filled out automatically from the “Payment Order”.
Personnel accounting
Personnel orders (reception, transfer, dismissal) are issued separately for each employee. When switching to editorship 2.0, previously introduced staffing orders were converted to new documents for each employee.
The type of employment of the employee (the main place of work, internal or external part-time) is indicated for the employee directly in the order of admission and can be changed in personnel transfer.
Numbering of documents
The method of numbering documents in version 2.0 of the “Public Food for Ukraine” configuration has changed. For new users, this is not critical, but if the transition from version 1.2 to 2.0 occurs, then for the correct numbering of documents, you must change the number of the first created document of each type so that it continues numbering with the old version. At the same time, the number of documents that have been transferred from the 1.2 “Confectionery for Ukraine” configuration will be displayed correctly in printed forms.
Archive of Regulated Reporting
It is possible to open XML for archived, regulated reports, previously created and saved in edition 1.2 for viewing, printing or uploading to XML.
To take advantage of this opportunity, you should log in to the user mode using “Thick client”.
The program is distributed in the form of electronic deliveries, and consists of:

The software products are protected and contain code snippets that are not subject to user modification and have protection against unauthorized use. At the same time, the principle of maximum openness of the code is implemented to ensure the possibility of adapting the product to the needs of end users.
You can increase the number of automated workplaces by purchasing client licenses for the platform (for 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and more jobs) and client licenses for the corresponding configuration (for 1, 5 or jobs), in case of protection of the configuration by the licensing system Configurations (SLCs).
To work in the client-server option, you must obtain a license for use in the server version.
Users of the editorial office 1.2 may switch to a new reduction for free by simply updating their existing program, subject to the current contracts of support for ITS and ITS Industries.
In version 1.2 of the “Public Nutrition for Ukraine” configuration, it is planned to support changes to the legislation by 31.05.2019. And from 01.06.2019, Revision 1.2 will be removed from the support, so we recommend that everyone switch to version 2.0.
